Over the past 25 years, we have continued to build on our mission of redefining industrial excellence in Egypt. From expanding our developments to enhancing infrastructure and tenant services, we are reinforcing OIP’s role as an enabler of sustainable growth and industrial innovation. We’ve taken significant steps to attract new investments, strengthen our partnerships with leading local and international companies, and ensure that every decision we make contributes to a more dynamic and competitive industrial ecosystem. These achievements are driven by collaboration, passion, and a shared belief in what we do.
As I look ahead, my focus remains on creating spaces that empower businesses to thrive, while nurturing a culture of innovation and responsibility within our organization. I believe our greatest strength lies in our people; in the engineers, planners, and teams who bring our vision to life every day, and in our partners who continue to place their trust in us.
