Orascom IP’s fire protection system is designed to handle fire emergencies. Our community includes a fire fighting network, fire bridge and training system, and a fire fighting cooperation protocol distributed among clients. Plug & Play’s first phase firefighting system includes a HDPE PN16 water network, and firefighting tank (1500 m3).

Road Network
Orascom IP’s industrial parks have a strong and reliable road network that serves our clients. We believe that mobility is one of the major keys to success, as under-developed roads can lead to delays in products and services. Solid Waste Management
As per Egyptian Environmental laws, all waste within our industrial parks is collected and dumped in a licensed municipal landfill. Additionally, we have several clients whose activities include recycling of municipal waste into fuel, paper, building materials into bricks, plastics, and different materials.
Flood Protection System
In cooperation with the SCZone, Orascom IP has constructed a flood protection channel to ensure complete protection from floods. This channel redirects flood water directly to the sea and is 35 meters wide and 4 meters deep.
Natural Gas Network
TAQA Gas Company constructed their natural gas network within our Sokhna complex, ensuring that natural gas is readily available for our clients as per their needs.
